We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was gracious and welcoming. We stayed in the loft room. It was very comfortable . Great views. Plenty of room. The breakfast was also really good. The best place to stay in Keystone. Its also like five minutes by car to Mount Rushmore. I'd like to return some day.
The place to stay while visiting Mount Rushmore! And we are discerning hotel people. Clean convenient and such a good value. Staff who take pride in their jobs. Walkable, safe, and just an overall great place to call home while you’re away.
Delightful place and very conveniently located. Rooms were very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful, and friendly. He also set up an excellent breakfast for us! Location was convenient and safe with nice views of the downtown area. we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back if we are ever back in the area.
The Staff was very accommodating from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The Team was lead by an awesome manager, Reeva who helped us get transportation to an event when we could not get an Uber to Renee at the front desk who was always welcoming and offering site seeing information. My greatest experience was with Ashley, who prepared me a special breakfast to make my last day memorable. Excellent customer service from making the reservation, check in, breakfast, and check out. Renee was very helpful and a joy during our late check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view from the private balcony. The complementary breakfast is served on ceramic dishes with silverware and coffee in ceramic mugs! There was plenty of food and it was delicious. The location is perfect for visiting Mount Rushmore and the surrounding area. So refreshing to have wonderful customer service.
This is a nice place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the morning cook is very kind, and the service is amazing. You can’t see the mountains, but it’s really close to Mount Rushmore and the surroundings are beautiful. Loved it
Great place to stay. The staff is GREAT! Located very close to Rushmore. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are all updated and clean. Nice little pool and game room is a nice touch. Free breakfast was delicious and everything you need to get started in the morning. We will 100% stay here again!
This is a quaint little Inn located right as you come into Keystone from Mt. Rushmore. Staff are nice, authentic people and pleasure for travelers. Very helpful. Breakfast is good and coffee is great. We got a king with a jacuzzi near end of season. Would recommend!
